Now, we're looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who can convert curiosity into commitment and leads into lifelong partners. Role Overview As a Sales Executive , you will play a pivotal role in driving client acquisition for our structured startup programs. The Role Holder will directly engage with aspiring founders, startup dreamers, and business visionariesβ€”helping them choose the right program, guiding them through the benefits, and converting leads into successful onboardings. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads for Liftoff , Ideas to MVP (Silver & Gold) , and Supernova programs. Conduct consultative sales calls to understand the founder's needs and pitch the most suitable package. Follow up with leads through email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and calls to drive conversions. Present value propositions based on deliverables such as: β—‹ Branding support (Logo, UI/UX kits, website content) β—‹ MVP development (Frontend/Backend, Figma wireframes, AI builds) β—‹ Business enablement (Investor deck, GTM, launchpad setup) Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure smooth handover post-conversion. Maintain lead tracking and performance data in CRM. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly conversion targets. Educate prospects about Garage University’s ecosystem and how we fast-track startup journeys. What we are looking for Strong communication and storytelling skillsβ€”can pitch dreams and close deals. Experience in startup sales, ed-tech, agency sales, or B2B services is a plus. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment. Has a basic understanding of product development cycles, MVPs, and startup lingo. Familiar with CRMs, lead funnels, and digital sales tools. From branding and tech development to go-to-market (GTM) strategies and investor readiness, we provide end-to-end solutions that build high-impact startups. We are now seeking a proactive, detail-driven HR Executive to take charge of our human resource operations, working closely with various departments in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the full recruitment lifecycleβ€”sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs for both core and program teams. Maintain a pipeline of talent for recurring roles. 2. Employee Lifecycle Management Maintain employee records and documentation. Manage onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements. Maintain compliance with labour laws and HR regulations. 3. HR Operations & Coordination Support performance review processes, feedback cycles, and probation evaluations. Coordinate with finance for payroll processing and employee benefits. Handle HRMS tools and internal communications. 4. Culture & Engagement Organize team-building events, celebrations, and wellness initiatives. Foster a culture of openness, feedback, and continuous learning. Be the go-to person for employee concerns and engagement. 5. Policy Implementation & Compliance Ensure implementation of HR policies, code of conduct, and workplace discipline. Stay updated with statutory requirements and ensure timely compliance. Liaise with external consultants (legal, compliance, etc.) as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR roles (preferably in startups or high-growth environments). Excellent organisational and communication skills. Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and labour regulations. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems (Zoho People, GreytHR, etc.) is a plus. Self-starter with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
