Role Overview

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads for
Liftoff
,
Ideas to MVP (Silver & Gold)
, and
Supernova
programs.

Conduct consultative sales calls to understand the founder's needs and pitch the most suitable package.
Follow up with leads through email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and calls to drive conversions.
Present value propositions based on deliverables such as:

Branding support

MVP development

Business enablement

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure smooth handover post-conversion.
Maintain lead tracking and performance data in CRM.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly conversion targets.
Educate prospects about Garage University’s ecosystem and how we fast-track startup journeys.

What we are looking for

Strong communication and storytelling skills—can pitch dreams and close deals.
Experience in startup sales, ed-tech, agency sales, or B2B services is a plus.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
Has a basic understanding of product development cycles, MVPs, and startup lingo.
Familiar with CRMs, lead funnels, and digital sales tools.
Comfortable managing multiple conversations and follow-ups simultaneously.
