Role Overview


Sales Executive



Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads for

    Liftoff

    ,

    Ideas to MVP (Silver & Gold)

    , and

    Supernova

    programs.


  • Conduct consultative sales calls to understand the founder's needs and pitch the most suitable package.
  • Follow up with leads through email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and calls to drive conversions.
  • Present value propositions based on deliverables such as:


Branding support

MVP development

Business enablement

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure smooth handover post-conversion.
  • Maintain lead tracking and performance data in CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly conversion targets.
  • Educate prospects about Garage University’s ecosystem and how we fast-track startup journeys.


What we are looking for

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills—can pitch dreams and close deals.
  • Experience in startup sales, ed-tech, agency sales, or B2B services is a plus.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
  • Has a basic understanding of product development cycles, MVPs, and startup lingo.
  • Familiar with CRMs, lead funnels, and digital sales tools.
  • Comfortable managing multiple conversations and follow-ups simultaneously.
