Role: Executive Assistant / Front Desk / Receptionist


Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and professional Executive Assistant cum Receptionist to support senior management while also handling front-desk responsibilities. This hybrid role requires a dynamic individual who can manage administrative duties, provide executive-level assistance, and maintain a welcoming and efficient reception area.


Key Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documents as required.
  • Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
  • Coordinate and follow up on internal and external communications.
  • Assist with event planning, team coordination, and other special projects.


Receptionist Duties:

  • Greet visitors and ensure a positive experience at the front desk.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms in a clean and organized manner.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges, ensuring security protocols are followed.
  • Provide general office support such as ordering office supplies and managing vendors.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar EA or receptionist/administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with senior leadership or executives.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, phone systems).
  • Knowledge of travel booking platforms and calendar management tools.
