Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Pune. The Executive Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, prepare and manage expense reports, provide executive support, and maintain effective communication between executives and team members. Responsibilities also include scheduling, organizing meetings, and ensuring smooth office operations.

JOB ROLE IS NIGHT SHIFT LOCATED IN PUNE KOREGAON PARK.


Qualifications

  • Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
  • Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
  • Proficient in Executive Support and related tasks
  • Strong written and verbal Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Business Administration or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous


Key Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls is must
  • Administrative Support: Manage emails, schedule appointments, and organize calendars.
  • Client Interaction: Handle client inquiries, coordinate meetings, and foster positive client relationships.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other essential documents.
  • Data Management: Organize and maintain files and databases for efficient workflow.
  • Social Media Management: Assist with content creation, scheduling, and monitoring of social media channels.
  • Research Tasks: Conduct internet research to support business development and other projects.
  • Event Planning: Assist with the organization of virtual events, webinars, and meetings.
  • Expense Tracking: Monitor and manage business-related expenses and invoices.
