Role


Location- Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:


  • Calendar & Schedule Management

  • Communication Management

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, letters)

  • Travel Arrangements

Book flights, hotels, and transportation

  • Meeting Preparation

Organize agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items

Prepare presentations and reports

  • Administrative Support

Manage files, records, and confidential documents

Process expenses and invoices

  • Project Coordination

  • Relationship Management

Maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners



Requirements

  • Education

    : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Experience

    : Minimum 5 years of EA experience, ideally in construction, architecture, or interior design companies.
  • 6 Days a week
