About Astral Astral Commerce builds Shopify apps used by thousands of merchants worldwide (including GST Pro, Pixi Order Printer, Hype, and Wiz AI). We’re a small, fast-moving team based in Kochi, India, on a mission to create powerful tools for ecommerce. Role We’re hiring a Growth & Partnerships Manager to drive installs, revenue, and relationships. You’ll own both growth experiments (acquisition, activation, retention) and external partnerships (agencies, app partners, integrations). What You’ll Do Plan and run growth campaigns across email, content, outbound, and partnerships Manage CRM, prospect outreach, and lead follow-ups Build and nurture relationships with agencies, tech partners, and Shopify ecosystem players Track funnel metrics and improve onboarding, retention, and conversions Work closely with product and support teams to identify growth opportunities Who You Are Worked in growth, partnerships, or business development (SaaS/ecommerce preferred) Freshers can also apply if you think you can fit :) Comfortable with outreach, CRM tools, and running campaigns end-to-end Strong communicator who can pitch, negotiate, and write clear copy Data-driven and proactive, with a startup mindset Perks Competitive salary Flexible work (Kochi or remote) High ownership and direct impact on company growth
