Job Description

Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Planning

  • Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of corporate strategies and business plans.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry bench-marking to support strategic initiatives
  • Assist in development of Product Requirements and Product Road-map
  • Track progress against organisational KPIs and prepare performance dashboards for management review

2. PMO (Project Management Office) Support

  • Lead or support cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth execution of initiatives
  • Prepare project status reports, risk assessments, and issue logs for leadership review

3. Executive Support

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the CEO/Management, including meeting planning and coordination, travel arrangements, office administration and correspondence
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and business documents for stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity


Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:

    MBA (preferred specialisation in Strategy, Operations, or General Management)
  • Experience:

    1–3 years in corporate planning, strategy, product management, PMO or Executive Assistant roles
  • Gender Preference:

    Female candidates strongly preferred (as per organisational diversity requirement)
  • Skills:

  • Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools is an advantage
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
