Role Description

As an Executive - Accountant, you will assist in managing the company’s financial processes. You will be responsible for bookkeeping, monitoring & tallying receivables and payables. This is a great opportunity for someone having to gain hands-on-experience on accounting in a small fast-paced organization.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Tax, Legal and Compliance specific to Private Limited Companies
• Experience in managing accounting processes and working with popular accounting software like Zoho and Tally
• Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting, data analysis and creating insights
• In-depth understanding of TDS, GST and experience in return filing
• Skilled in managing Receipts, Payments and maintain accurate financial records
• Advanced Excel skills for efficient financial analysis

Qualifications

• Financial Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Budgeting skills.
• Experience in preparing financial statements and conducting financial analysis
• Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
• Proficiency in using accounting software and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of bookkeeping to ensure compliance and smooth financial operations.
• Overseeing Purchase orders, Invoicing process including receivables and payables.
• Process and manage payments and receipts.
• Handle all monthly, quarterly and annual filings like TDS, GST, PF, PT compliance and ensure accurate return filing.
• Prepare and present reports for management with key financial data and critical metrics.
