Executive Accountant

Job Title: Accounts Management Executive  

Experience: 2.5+ Years  

Location: Pune

Role Summary:  

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Management Executive with at least 2.5 years of experience in any domain, preferably real estate. The candidate should have solid knowledge of TDS, GST, and ITR filing to manage and maintain accurate financial records and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:  

- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping and ledger maintenance.  

- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and timely filing.  

- Manage GST filings, returns, and reconciliation processes.  

- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) accurately and on time.  

- Coordinate with auditors and assist in financial audits.  

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and accounting standards.  

- Maintain financial documentation and support month-end and year-end closing activities.  

- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations.

Requirements:  

- Minimum 2.5 years of experience in accounts management.  

- Strong knowledge of TDS, GST rules, and ITR filing processes.  

- Experience in real estate accounting is a strong plus.  

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).  

- Good understanding of Indian tax laws and compliance requirements.
