Job Description

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities across institutional, commercial, and residential project segments.
Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, contractors, and institutional clients.
Track upcoming projects and maintain a robust pipeline.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deal closures.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate reports and share regular business updates.

What Were Looking For:

Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
6-12 years of experience in institutional/project sales.
Strong industry network with builders, architects, consultants, and contractors.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and proactive.
