Job Description

Role Overview: As an Examination Controller at Euro American Education, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and secure conduct of internal and external examinations across various university programs. Your role will involve developing and implementing examination policies, overseeing exam administration, managing the collection and evaluation of answer scripts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will also have the opportunity to implement best practices for examination reforms and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement examination policies, calendars, schedules, and timetables for programs such as BBA, MBA, and DBA - Collaborate with faculty and academic departments to ensure proper question paper setting, moderation, and validation - Manage the secure printing, storage, and delivery of examination papers - Oversee the allocation of examination centers, invigilators, and other staff members - Monitor the fair and transparent conduct of exams in accordance with academic regulations - Implement anti-cheating measures and manage disciplinary procedures in cases of misconduct - Supervise the collection, evaluation, moderation, and marks tabulation of answer scripts - Coordinate the timely release of results, mark sheets, and transcripts - Handle grievances, revaluation requests, and result discrepancies - Maintain accurate and secure records of exams, attendance, results, and certificates - Oversee digital examination systems, online assessments, and the automation of result processing - Identify and implement best practices for examination reforms and quality assurance Qualifications Required: - Hold a Doctorate degree or above, preferably in Education, Management, or a related field - Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in university-level examination management or academic administration - Strong understanding of academic and regulatory frameworks - Experience in digital exam platforms, LMS, ERP, or academic MIS tools would be advantageous Additional Details: This position is located in Noida.,
