Job Title: Examination Controller Location: Noida Department: Academic Affairs Reporting To: Group Rector Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview: Euro American Education is seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and experienced Examination Controller to oversee and manage all examination-related activities across our university programs. The Examination Controller will ensure the smooth and secure conduct of internal and external examinations, maintain the integrity of the examination process, and work in close coordination with academic departments, faculty, and administration. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: •Examination Planning & Execution: •Develop and implement examination policies, calendars, schedules, and timetables for all programs (BBA, MBA, DBA, etc.). •Coordinate with faculty and academic departments for question paper setting, moderation, and validation. •Ensure secure printing, storage, and delivery of examination papers. •Exam Administration: •Oversee the allocation of examination centers, invigilators, and other staff. •Monitor the fair and transparent conduct of exams as per academic regulations. •Implement anti-cheating measures and manage disciplinary procedures in case of misconduct. •Result Processing & Publication: •Supervise answer script collection, evaluation, moderation, and marks tabulation. •Coordinate the preparation and timely release of results, mark sheets, and transcripts. •Handle grievances, revaluation requests, and discrepancies in results. •Compliance & Record Keeping: •Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards regarding examination processes. •Maintain accurate and secure records of exams, attendance, results, and certificates. •Support audit processes and reporting requirements related to assessments. •Technology & Process Improvement: •Oversee digital examination systems, online assessments, and automation of result processing. •Identify and implement best practices for examination reforms and quality assurance. ⸻ Qualifications & Experience: •Master’s degree or above (preferably in Education, Management, or related field). •Minimum 7–10 years of experience in university-level examination management or academic administration. •Strong understanding of academic and regulatory frameworks (EU/US/Global preferred). •Experience with digital exam platforms, LMS, ERP, or academic MIS tools is a plus. ⸻ Key Skills & Attributes: •Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. •High integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive academic data. •Strong leadership, communication, and team management capabilities. •Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines. ⸻ Why Join Euro American Education?
