We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead business development for our events division, focusing on corporate parties, birthday celebrations, social gatherings, and other private events. The role demands strong client relationship skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to deliver tailored event solutions that create memorable experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Lead Generation:

    Identify and acquire new business opportunities from corporates, individuals, and event planners. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, cold calls, social media, and referrals.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

    Understand client requirements and design customized event packages. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:

    Drive revenue by meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets. Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for parties and events.
  • Event Coordination Support:

    Liaise with the operations and events team to ensure smooth delivery of client commitments. Provide clients with professional advice on themes, budgets, and event planning.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

    Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.


Job will include but will not be limited to:

  • Generate leads to potential business clients through proactive outbound prospecting
  • Follow up on company-generated leads and obtain new leads through referrals
  • Identify and qualify clients by determining clients' requirements/expectations and recommend solutions
  • Support our top clients and be a key player in guiding potential clients in making confident purchasing decisions by demonstrating the attributes of the company's products or services.
  • Build trust with our clients by responding to inquiries, developing accounts, and generating quotes
  • Set up and maintain accurate customer and prospect profiles and records in our sales database


Required Skills:

  • 0-3 years of Inside sales experience in a B2B & B2C process.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about Event Managing & Artist Management.
  • Outstanding customer relationship management experience and collaboration skills
  • Proven evangelical sales track record in a new Entertainment/Media market environment.
  • Understand the fundamentals of online sales, sales using software and sales tools.


Education:

UG : Graduate in Any Specialization ( Minimum)

PG : PG in Any Specialization


Interns and Experienced both are welcome.
