Job Description

Job Objective:

Social Media.


  • New Client Acquisition:

    Accelerate customer adoption in India through well-developed sales engagements and successful Go To Market Strategy.
  • Business Renewal:

    Achieve sales targets by growing business from existing clients.
  • Lead Generation:

    Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, digital media, canvassing and cold calling.
  • Closure and Collection:

    Manage Prospects, negotiating and freezing on commercials taking them to a logical closure with required documentation.
  • Be a customer advocate

    Convey partner and enterprise customer feedback as input to the product roadmap.


Inside Sales Executive Job will include but will not be limited to -


  1. Generate leads to potential business clients through proactive outbound prospecting
  2. Follow up on company-generated leads and obtain new leads through referrals
  3. Identify and qualify clients by determining clients' requirements/expectations and recommend solutions
  4. Support our top clients and be a key player in guiding potential clients in making confident purchasing decisions by demonstrating the attributes of the company's products or services.
  5. Build trust with our clients by responding to inquiries, developing accounts, and generating quotes
  6. Set up and maintain accurate customer and prospect profiles and records in our sales database


Required Skills:

  • 0-3 years of Inside sales experience in a B2B & B2C process.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about Event Managing & Artist Management.
  • Outstanding customer relationship management experience and collaboration skills
  • Proven evangelical sales track record in a new Entertainment/Media market environment.
  • Understand the fundamentals of online sales, sales using software and sales tools.


Education:

UG : Graduate in Any Specialization ( Minimum)

PG : PG in Any Specialization
