Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for accelerating customer adoption in India through well-developed sales engagements and successful Go To Market Strategy. Additionally, you will need to achieve sales targets by growing business from existing clients and develop a database of qualified leads through various methods like referrals, digital media, canvassing, and cold calling. Your role will also involve managing prospects, negotiating, and finalizing deals with the required documentation. Moreover, you will be required to convey partner and enterprise customer feedback as input to the product roadmap. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads to potential business clients through proactive outbound prospecting. - Follow up on company-generated leads and obtain new leads through referrals. - Identify and qualify clients by determining their requirements/expectations and recommend suitable solutions. - Support the top clients and play a key role in guiding potential clients towards making confident purchasing decisions by showcasing the attributes of the company's products or services. - Build trust with clients by responding to inquiries, developing accounts, and generating quotes. - Set up and maintain accurate customer and prospect profiles and records in the sales database. Qualifications Required: - 0-3 years of inside sales experience in a B2B & B2C process. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills. - Demonstrated ability to think strategically about Event Managing & Artist Management. - Outstanding customer relationship management experience and collaboration skills. - Proven evangelical sales track record in a new Entertainment/Media market environment. - Understanding of the fundamentals of online sales, sales using software, and sales tools.
