Who We’re Looking For?

driven and result-oriented Event Sales Executive

  • The ideal candidate has proven experience in

    event sponsorships, exhibition space sales, or media sales

    , with exceptional communication skills and a strategic, client-focused approach.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, pitch, and secure sponsors and exhibitors (domestic & international) aligned with our events and media platforms.
  • Develop tailored sponsorship and exhibition packages to meet client objectives.
  • Drive revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with sponsors, exhibitors, and partners for repeat business.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients before, during, and after event delivery.
  • Ensure timely execution of deliverables and maximize client satisfaction.

Market Research & Lead Generation

  • Research industry trends, identify potential sponsors, and engage key decision-makers.
  • Generate new leads through cold outreach, networking, industry events, and digital platforms.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with different department e.g. event operations, marketing, and production teams to align sales with campaign execution.
  • Prepare sales proposals, reports, and post-event evaluations.

Brand Representation

  • Represent the company at high-level industry events, conferences, and networking forums to strengthen our market presence.


Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in

    event sponsorship sales, exhibition space sales, or B2B business development

    .
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Familiarity with the

    media, logistics, or events industry

    is a strong advantage.
