We are looking to hire a detail-oriented and proactive female professional to support our team with presentation creation, Excel-based work, and client coordination. The ideal candidate should be confident, organized, and comfortable communicating with clients while handling documentation and reporting tasks. Key Responsibilities Create and design professional presentations (PPT) for internal use and client meetings Prepare, manage, and update Excel sheets (data entry, reports, tracking, basic formulas) Coordinate with clients via email, phone, and meetings Maintain records, follow-ups, and documentation related to projects Assist management with administrative and coordination tasks Ensure timely communication and smooth workflow between clients and internal teams Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel Good written and verbal communication skills Basic understanding of data handling and reporting Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional attitude and client-handling skills Graduate / pursuing graduation (preferred but not mandatory) Preferred Candidate Profile Female candidates with a confident and pleasant personality Prior experience in coordination, administration, or office support is an advantage Freshers with good computer skills are welcome to apply What We Offer Friendly and supportive work environment Opportunity to work closely with management and clients Skill development and growth opportunities Competitive salary based on experience and skills
