In this role, you will help bring the Dolly Chaiwala brand to life through creative, well-organised, and memorable events across various locations. If you have a flair for coordination, an eye for detail, and the agility to juggle multiple tasks, this role will feel like a vibrant festival waiting for your touch.✨ --- Key Responsibilities Plan, organise, and execute events, activations, franchise openings, training sessions, and brand activities. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations. Develop event concepts and themes aligned with the Dolly Chaiwala brand identity. Handle budgeting, resource allocation, and negotiation to optimise event costs. Conduct site visits and ensure on-ground execution meets expectations. Create event timelines, checklists, and post-event reports. Manage logistics, materials, manpower, and technical requirements. Ensure timely communication with relevant departments and maintain documentation. Handle last-minute changes with calm efficiency and provide proactive solutions. Support marketing and PR teams with event-related content and promotions. --- Requirements Proven experience in event coordination or planning (1–2 years preferred). Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills and vendor management capability. Ability to think creatively and execute efficiently under pressure. Proficiency in basic MS Office and digital tools. Willingness to travel locally or outstation when required.
