About the Role:

You’ll be the bridge between our company and local artists, helping us bring vibrant experiences to corporate campuses.

Responsibilities:

Identify, connect, and negotiate with local artists, bands, and performers.
Coordinate event logistics including schedule, setup, and artist requirements.
Be present during events to ensure smooth execution.
Handle basic promotions and artist communication via phone and WhatsApp.
Maintain a simple tracker of upcoming and past events.

Requirements:

Strong communication and negotiation skills (English, Telugu, or Hindi).
Prior experience in event coordination, college fest committees, or artist management is a plus.
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working with flexible timings.
Based in Hyderabad and available to visit event venues occasionally.
