Event Management Specialist

Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate, grounded, and exceptionally organized individual to support the design and delivery of immersive experiences—from intimate walks to large-scale public events. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role that blends programming, partnerships, logistics.

Key Responsibilities: • Identifying and onboarding a diverse range of collaborators—event partners and agencies, artists, educators and community leaders—to help bring each experience to life. • Overall event planning and execution from securing permissions to overseeing production setup to on day event execution • Managing detailed run-of-show documents and building robust contingency plans • Supporting seamless on-ground execution across every phase of the event • Maintaining expense reports and vendor documentation • Creating and tracking event budgets • Supporting in post-event documentation, impact reports, and content handover

Experience & Skills: • Minimum 5 years’ experience in event management, partnerships, or related roles in culture ,art sector is preferred • Proven ability to plan and execute events end-to-end • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Strong project and people management • Detail-oriented and organized • Collaborative and team-oriented across diverse internal and external teams • Excellent interpersonal skills—able to build trust with communities, partners, and institutions • Eye for detail and aesthetics that enhance the experience • Fluent in English; working knowledge of Marathi or Hindi preferred 

Role Prerequisites • Based in Mumbai, with frequent travel across the city and occasional outstation visits • Full-time role with flexibility for weekend and early-morning events
