Event Management Specialist

You will be responsible for managing vendors and ensuring cost-effective execution. Your role will involve multitasking in fast-paced environments and may require travel for events and expos. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and implement offline marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility. - Assist the logistics team in setting up and executing company participation in expos, trade shows, and industry events. - Maintain inventory of event-related marketing materials and company assets. - Ensure availability and effective distribution of branding materials. - Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless event operations.
