Event Management Specialist

Job Description: You will be responsible for coordinating and working on budget management for the event. Additionally, you will manage the event execution team and key relationships with third-party vendors and contractors from Pune, Maharashtra. You will also coordinate event communications including branding, online and offline marketing. Your role will involve handling event collaterals, event evaluation and reporting, as well as profit and loss analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and work on budget management for the event - Manage the event execution team - Build and maintain key relationships with third-party vendors and contractors from Pune, Maharashtra - Coordinate event communications including branding, online and offline marketing - Handle event collaterals - Conduct event evaluation and reporting - Perform profit and loss analysis Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field - Proven experience in coordinating and managing events - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis About Company: Our sole aim at MentorBoxx is to bridge the gap between universities & industries.
