Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Management Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Event Management Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events. This includes venue selection, vendor negotiation, event setup, and overseeing all logistics. Day-to-day tasks will involve communicating with clients, vendors, and the internal team to ensure seamless event execution. The role also entails managing event budgets, timelines, and ensuring all events meet clients' objectives.

Qualifications

• Event Planning and Event Management skills
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Marketing and creating event strategies
• Ability to train and lead event staff
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
