Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Event Management Specialist. The Event Management Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events. Tasks include developing event concepts, liaising with clients, managing vendors, overseeing event logistics, ensuring timely delivery of services, and maintaining communication with all stakeholders. The role requires attention to detail, creativity, and strong organizational skills.

• Event Planning and Event Management skills
• Strong Communication and Marketing skills
• Excellent Creative Presentation Skills
• Experience in training and leading event teams
• Experience in Event Sales
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
• Relevant experience in the corporate events
