Event Management

As a GPL - Event Management at a leading global shipping and logistics company in Chennai, you will bring your 9-12 years of expertise in process management, process improvement, or business process reengineering to the role. Your responsibilities will include: - Utilizing your ITSM expertise by demonstrating at least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT Service Management. You will lead teams across both Incident and Problem Management. - Showcasing your in-depth understanding of Event, Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes. You should also have a solid grasp of the broader Service Management framework. - Holding the ITIL v3 Foundation certification is required, while ITIL v3 Practitioner or ITIL v4 Foundation certification is preferred. - Demonstrating proficiency in end-to-end process mapping and practical experience leveraging ServiceNow as the key platform. - Utilizing your strong presentation and communication skills to build positive relationships with teams and stakeholders. - Demonstrating your experience in managing vendors, defining and monitoring KPIs, and ensuring adherence to SLAs. - Showcasing your analytical ability by analyzing information, identifying critical issues, and providing well-reasoned, practical solutions based on experience and sound judgment.
