Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Event Management professional to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will lead the conceptualization, planning, and seamless execution of various wedding events and ceremonies, ensuring each client enjoys a smooth, memorable, and personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to clearly understand their vision, preferences, and budget.
• Promote and upsell premium event planning services to enhance client experience.
• Prepare and present tailored event proposals, timelines, and budget plans.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships while effectively negotiating contracts.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and closure to ensure smooth and flawless operations.
• Manage logistics, guest coordination, and on-site issue resolution with efficiency.
• Lead and guide the event team to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, or a related field. A Bachelors degree is mandatory.
• 1–2 years of corporate experience in event management (experience in the premium/luxury segment preferred). Freelancers are not eligible.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proven expertise in vendor coordination and budget management.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and late evenings.
• Mandatory fluency in English and Bengali (speak, read and write).

Preferred Qualities

• Proven experience in curating luxury or destination weddings that deliver exceptional client experiences.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics, innovation, and emerging wedding trends.
• Deep understanding of Bengali cultural wedding traditions, enabling authentic and meaningful celebrations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
