Role Overview:

The R&D Executive in Event Management is responsible for researching new trends, technologies, vendors, and creative ideas to support event planning and execution. This role involves developing innovative concepts, improving event processes, and providing strategic inputs for better audience engagement and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research upcoming event trends, themes, and technologies.
• Analyze competitor events, market innovations, and audience behavior.
• Identify and source vendors, artists, materials, venues, etc.
• Assist the creative team with presentation decks and concept mock-ups.
• Maintain a database of new suppliers, venues, and resources.
• Coordinate with production and client servicing teams for concept development.
• Prepare reports, case studies, and event benchmarking.
• Suggest improvements for cost reduction and efficiency.
• Support the business development team with data and references for client pitches.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong research and analytical skills
• Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Awareness of current event and marketing trends
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Mass Communication, Marketing, or similar
• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with strong creativity can also apply)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹43,252.51 per month
