Creative Designer – Video & Graphics (Event Branding)

Job Description

Job Role: Conceptualize and create visually appealing content for event branding , social media , client presentations , and on-ground event visuals . Design event collaterals such as invitations, banners, stage backdrops, standees, LED screen content, and digital assets. Edit and produce event videos , teasers, after-movies, and short-form content for social platforms (Reels, YouTube Shorts). Collaborate with the event management and production teams to understand event themes and deliver creative assets accordingly. Ensure brand consistency across all video and graphic output. Manage digital asset archives and support content planning for promotions. Key Skills: Strong visual design sense with creativity in layout, typography, and color. Storytelling ability through both static design and dynamic video. Understanding of event setups, stage aesthetics, and digital presentation requirements. Ability to multitask between graphic and video projects under tight deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams. Knowledge of social media formats and latest visual content trends. Tools Expertise: Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator CorelDRAW (for print collaterals) Canva (for quick templates) Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects (basic motion graphics) Final Cut Pro (optional) DaVinci Resolve (optional) Bonus (Optional but Preferred): Adobe InDesign (for brochures/catalogs) Basic photography or camera handling Knowledge of print specs and LED screen formats Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,426.14 - ₹35,624.79 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Baner, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Please share your updated portfolio.
