Event Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Executive (Supervisor) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, organizing, and executing events and exhibitions from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and participants. This role also involves supervising on-ground teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

· Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and objectives.

· Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation, scheduling, and service quality.

· Handle event logistics such as venue setup, equipment, materials, and manpower.

· Supervise labour and support staff during event setup and execution.

· Collaborate with internal teams and report progress to superiors.

· Ensure timely completion of event-related tasks within budget and quality standards.

· Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues during event planning or execution.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Event Management preferred).

· 0–2 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or exhibitions.

· Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.

· Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
