Event Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Executive to lead our organization in achieving its strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, event management, and customer service, with exceptional skills in negotiation and communication. This role requires a proactive approach to marketing and fundraising initiatives while ensuring the highest level of guest services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance organizational growth and profitability.
• Oversee event planning and management, including budgeting and logistics for various events.
• Cultivate relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to drive successful partnerships.
• Lead marketing efforts, focusing on upselling services and promoting events effectively.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers to ensure favorable terms.
• Manage catering operations, ensuring quality service delivery in line with client expectations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of events and services.
• Maintain organized records of contracts, budgets, and event details for future reference.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality management, event marketing, or related fields.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management related to events or hospitality operations.
• Familiarity with banquet operations and guest services within restaurant or hotel environments is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
