Event Executive

Overview:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Event Executive to conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging events within our water recreational theme park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing unique event ideas, coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring successful event execution while maintaining profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Development:

• Create innovative event concepts tailored to seasonal themes, target audiences, and park branding.
• Present event proposals with expected outcomes and feasibility reports.

• Vendor Coordination & Negotiation:

• Identify and onboard vendors, entertainers, suppliers, and partners.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms to ensure cost efficiency.

• Event Planning & Execution:

• Develop detailed event checklists, timelines, and task allocations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, technical, F&B, etc.) to ensure smooth execution.
• Supervise event setup, operations, and teardown to maintain quality and safety standards.

• Costing & Profitability Management:

• Prepare event budgets, track expenses, and ensure spending stays within limits.
• Maintain profit and loss reports for each event and analyze ROI.

• Reporting & Feedback:

• Prepare post-event reports and recommend improvements for future events.
• Gather customer feedback to enhance event experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in event planning or entertainment industry (experience in theme parks or hospitality preferred).
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for budgeting and reporting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
