Event Executive

· Develop and maintain event plans including timelines, checklists, budgets, vendor coordination, staffing, and ground arrangements.

· Coordinate with various vendors & service providers: caterers, decorators, photographers, rental services, venue contacts, artists/celebrity management team.

· Manage end-to-end execution on event day supervise set-up, decor, guest management, artist coordination/celebrity, on-ground operations, hospitality for guests, check-in/out or travel logistics if needed.

· Ensure quality standards, adherence to agreed budgets, themes, and timely delivery

· Prepare post-event reports: feedback, billing, vendor payouts, documentation.

· Maintain communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term relationship building aligning with company’s ethos of “long-term relationships

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in Event Management / Marketing / Hospitality (preferred).

· Candidates with relevant experience in events are welcome.

Experience & Eligibility Criteria:

· Fresher to 2 years of experience in Event Management.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, client handling and vendor coordination.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, ability to work under pressure, manage time, and meet deadlines.

· Creativity and aesthetic sense, ability to understand themes, décor, ambience, and event flow.

· Flexibility: willing to work irregular hours, travel, coordinate during weekends/occasions depending on event schedule.

· Basic budgeting and financial sense to plan/monitor events within client budget constraints.

· Basic knowledge of event-management process, vendor sourcing, guest/artist handling, hospitality.

· Ideally, some previous experience or interest in events, exhibitions, corporate events; although freshers with right attitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
