Event Executive

As an Event Executive at Padanyaas Entertainment, a 6-year-old company based in Thane, Hiranandani Estate, you will play a crucial role in connecting with Dance Choreographers, Dance Teachers, and Dancers to inform them about upcoming Championships. Your key responsibilities will include: - Communicating with potential participants via call, email, and social media platforms. - Providing detailed information about the competitions and persuading them to participate. - Planning and executing events for the Megha Sampat Dance Squad. - Liaising with event organizers and providing information about MSDS Teams. - Conducting research to identify new contacts and making cold calls. - Maintaining records and reports of the projects. - Executing projects on the event day and contributing to the progress of the company through research and establishing new connections. - Travelling with Team Padanyaas for various projects to gain hands-on event experience. - Undertaking any other project-related tasks not explicitly mentioned. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation as the minimum educational qualification. - Dance knowledge will be considered an added advantage. - Excellent negotiation skills are essential. In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work full-time from Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm and on Saturdays from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm. Strong proficiency in the English language, communication, and negotiation skills are crucial for success in this role. Having your own laptop will be beneficial.
