Company: Padanyaas Entertainment Job Vacancy - Social Media Manager. Location: Solus Business Park, Hiranandani Estate, Thane west Joining date: 10th June 2025 or earlier. Work Timings – Monday to Friday – 10.30 am to 6.30 pm | Saturday WFH – 10.30 am to 2 pm. ( This job requires full time office work ) Job Description: Experience: Minimum 1 year required We are hiring Social Media Manager to grow and manage the online presence of our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for boosting engagement, developing content strategies and executing social media campaigns to enhance our brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement . - Create, curate, and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, linkedin, Pinterest, Youtube. - Plan and execute reels, stories, posts and ad campaigns for different accounts. - Monitor trends, track engagement metrics, and optimize strategies for growth. - Respond to comments, messages and queries to build a strong online community. - Collaborate with the design and marketing terms to align content with brand goals. - Analyze performance data and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations. - Has worked with Email marketing tools such as Mailchimp - Has knowledge of Whatsapp Marketing - Aisensy Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in social media management. Strong knowledge of content creation, engagement and strategies, and analytics tools. Hands - on experience with social media ads, Canva, Photoshop, or basic video editing tools. Ability to handle multiple accounts and execute data - driven campaigns. Excellent communication skills and creative mindset. Experienced Candidates are welcomed.
