Event Executive

Role Overview: As an Events Executive at PlayAll Sports, you will lead a dynamic events team and be responsible for managing and executing events from conception to completion. Your role will involve planning, organizing, and overseeing various events to ensure they run smoothly and meet the organization's goals. This is a full-time on-site position based in New Delhi. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and manage event calendars, timelines, and logistics. - Promote events and generate leads through social media and follow-ups. - Convert leads into participants, build event teams, and coordinate with vendors. - Organize and execute sports tournaments, ensuring equipment and venue readiness. - Communicate rules, manage on-ground coordination, and ensure smooth operations. - Oversee photography/videography and support post-event marketing. Qualifications Required: - Any graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in event management. - Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills. - Interest in sports event planning is a plus.
