Delegate Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Delegate Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic events team. You will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and securing attendees for high-level conferences and industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential delegates via LinkedIn, databases, and industry sources
• Reach out via phone, email, and social media to invite and confirm attendance
• Clearly communicate event value propositions and agendas
• Track outreach and conversions in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals
• Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure messaging aligns
• Meet and exceed delegate acquisition targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
