Event Executive

As an Event Executive, your role will involve coordinating and executing various events for the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing posters and promotional materials for events - Utilizing essential software for event planning and execution - Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for event logistics - Managing event budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness - Ensuring smooth execution of events on the day of the event To qualify for this position, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or a related field - 3-5 years of relevant experience in event management - Proficiency in essential software for event planning - Must possess a two-wheeler for commuting - Age between 25 to 30 years - Male candidates only - Location within a 15 km radius of Chembarambakkam - Immediate availability for joining Please note that the company is looking for candidates who are proactive, creative, and detail-oriented in executing events successfully.
