Position: Event Executive (Male/) Employment Type: Full-time Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 1–2 years in event management or related field Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and energetic Event Executive to join our events and production team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling event coordination, BTL activations, and production support. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing corporate and promotional events. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal creative teams. Support in event production, logistics, and execution. Handle BTL (Below-the-Line) activities and brand activations. Prepare event reports and maintain project documentation. Knowledge of MS Office preferred. Desired Skills: Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and willingness to travel for events. Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
