Position Summary:

Party Sales & Events Coordinator

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

Sales & Lead Conversion

• Handle all walk-in, telephonic, digital, and referral party inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Actively sell party packages and upsell add-on services such as food & beverages, game credits, decorations, and special activities.
• Conduct birthday calling and database calling to invite customers to celebrate their birthdays and events at Rumble Zone.
• Follow up diligently with prospective customers to ensure maximum lead conversion.

Business Development & Lead Generation

• Visit corporates, schools, colleges, societies, and nearby businesses during lean periods to present party packages and generate new leads.
• Build and maintain a strong local network to drive repeat and referral business.
• Support promotional activities and partnerships aimed at increasing party bookings.

Party Planning & Execution

• Take complete ownership of party coordination from inquiry to execution.
• Conduct proper pre-party briefings with customers to understand requirements and expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, F&B, gaming floor, cashiers) to ensure smooth event execution.
• Oversee party operations during the event to ensure 100% guest satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.

Customer Experience & Brand Representation

• Deliver exceptional hospitality and customer service at all times.
• Maintain a high-end professional appearance and represent the Rumble Zone brand positively.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to ensure repeat visits.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of party inquiries, bookings, conversions, and revenues.
• Prepare and update MIS reports using MS Excel.
• Create basic presentations and promotional material using PowerPoint and Canva as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in party sales, event coordination, hospitality sales, or retail sales.
• Strong sales closing skills with a proven ability to convert inquiries into bookings.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant and confident voice (especially for on-call conversions).
• Fluent in

  English and Hindi

  ; proficiency in the local language is mandatory.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-centric personality.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficient in

  MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva

  .
• Diploma or graduation in

  Event Management, Hospitality, Aviation, or related fields

  will be given preference.
