Floor Manager

Key Responsibilities & KRAs

Floor Operations & Store Management

• Lead and manage the operations team effectively to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Oversee complete floor operations including

  store management, ambience, SOP adherence, administration, VM execution, inventory management, and loss prevention

  .
• Ensure operational readiness of all gaming areas and guest-facing zones at all times.

Guest Experience & Complaint Handling

• Maintain high standards of guest service and ensure a premium experience for all visitors.
• Expertly handle customer complaints, escalations, and service recovery to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and proactively address concerns to drive repeat visits.

Revenue Growth & KPI Management

• Drive revenue growth through floor-level execution, team productivity improvement, and upselling initiatives.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve key KPIs such as revenue per guest, conversion rates, repeat visits, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement

  action plans and strategies

  to continuously improve operations and sales performance.

Team Leadership & Training

• Lead, train, mentor, and motivate the operations team to deliver consistent performance.
• Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team members are aligned with SOPs, service standards, and sales processes.
• Ensure grooming, discipline, and professional conduct across the team.

Inventory, VM & Loss Prevention

• Manage inventory efficiently with accurate tracking and minimal shrinkage.
• Implement and monitor

  visual merchandising (VM)

  standards to enhance guest appeal and revenue.
• Ensure strict adherence to loss prevention and internal control processes.

Reporting, MIS & Analysis

• Prepare and submit

  daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

  related to operations, manpower, revenue, and KPIs.
• Demonstrate strong working expertise in

  MS Excel

  for reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
• Present performance insights and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Compliance

• Work closely with sales, marketing, F&B, finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and audit requirements.

Best Practices & Continuous Improvement

• Showcase significant achievements from previous organizations and apply best practices to improve operations at Rumble Zone.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• MBA completed or pursuing

  OR

  Bachelor Degree With

  Minimum 5 years of experience

  with reputed

  MNC Retail or Hospitality brands

• Proven experience in

  floor operations, store management, or hospitality operations

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent guest handling and communication abilities
• Strong analytical mindset with

  advanced MS Excel proficiency
