• Conceptualize unique event themes, stage designs, and experiential setups aligned with client objectives. • Develop visually rich concept decks and storyboards using PowerPoint, Keynote, or Adobe Creative Suite. • Collaborate with internal teams, 3D designers, and vendors to bring event visions to life.

• Use software like Photoshop, Illustrator, and MAYA to illustrate stage renders, layouts, and mood boards. • Research global event trends, emerging design ideas, and innovative storytelling strategies.

• Present creative concepts to clients effectively, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging.

• Work closely with operations and production teams to ensure execution feasibility of designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Event Management, or related field.

• 2–6 years of experience in event concept creation, visualization, or branding.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Photoshop, Illustrator, and MAYA (or equivalent 3D visualization tools).

• Strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and design presentation.

• Excellent communication and client presentation skills.

• Ability to multitask, adapt to tight deadlines, and think innovatively under pressure.
