Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Senior/ Client Servicing Executive to join our team in delivering top-notch corporate event experiences. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a 360 experiential marketing agency or a similar marketing or advertising agency, with a proven track record of managing and executing corporate events. You will act as the main point of contact between clients and our creative team, ensuring seamless planning, coordination, and delivery of memorable brand experiences. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their brand objectives, event requirements, and expectations. Event Planning & Execution: Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events including conferences, product launches, brand activations, seminars, and roadshows. Coordination & Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, creative teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity, timely delivery, and quality of execution. Proposal & Budgeting: Prepare detailed proposals, event concepts, and quotations aligned with client briefs and budget constraints. On-ground Management: Supervise on-site activities during events, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations. Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations, gather client feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Brand Representation: Ensure that all events align with the clients brand image and marketing goals. Desired Skills & Qualifications: 2-6 years of experience in client servicing or account management in an experiential marketing or event management agency. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. Good understanding of event logistics, vendor management, and budgeting. Creative mindset with a customer-centric approach. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing client needs. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools would be appreciated. Preferred Attributes: Passion for experiential marketing and Corporate events. A proactive attitude with problem-solving skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
