Manage client communication from initial briefing to post-event follow-up. Coordinate with hotels, venues, suppliers, and service providers for logistical arrangements. Creative problem-solving and innovation, especially under pressure or evolving circumstances. Up-to-date with global trends, sustainability practices, and eco-friendly initiatives in event management. Solid negotiation skills with vendors and venues to maximize value. Strategic marketing skills to promote events and enhance brand visibility. Strong customer orientation, empathy, and stakeholder management. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for pitch delivery, client interactions, and reporting.
