Event Conceptualizer

As an Event Conceptualizer for our client, a leading agency specializing in events, experiential marketing, and brand activations, you will have the exciting opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team and bring innovative event concepts to life. The role is located in Mumbai Suburbs and requires a minimum of 5-8 years of experience, with immediate joiners preferred. You will be responsible for developing unique and engaging event concepts that align with client objectives, creating compelling content for events, digital campaigns, and experiential marketing initiatives, and assisting in designing brand materials to enhance audience engagement and reinforce the event theme. Collaboration with design and production teams to effectively execute ideas, preparing high-impact presentations to communicate event concepts to stakeholders, and conducting research-based ideation to craft innovative event narratives are key aspects of this role. The ideal candidate should be a creative and strategic thinker with a strong storytelling ability, a deep understanding of branding, and the capability to transform ideas into engaging, high-impact events. Proficiency in content writing for events, experiential marketing, and digital platforms, as well as a strong command of PowerPoint (PPT) for creating visually engaging presentations, are essential skills for this position. A solid understanding of experiential marketing and event execution strategies, digital media knowledge, and prior experience in event planning, creative storytelling, and brand communication are highly preferred qualifications.
