Role Summary

Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing vendor relationships, and supporting procurement activities for mechanical equipment and services. The role involves strong analytical skills, cross-functional coordination, and compliance with technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

RFQ Preparation & Evaluation
Vendor Prequalification & Management
Mechanical Equipment Sourcing (Pumps, Valves, Piping, etc.)
Cost Estimation & Negotiation
Contract & Purchase Order Finalization
Cross-functional Coordination
Global Sourcing & Logistics
Compliance with Technical Specifications

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s in Mechanical Engineering or related field
7 10 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of mechanical systems
Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
Experience with global vendors and cross-functional teams
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and estimation tools
