Establish and update preventive maintenance programs in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements and monitor their implementation1.
Project Coordination: Plan and coordinate the implementation of new projects to facilitate production functions.
Oversee the design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of machine facilities to ensure they are safe, operational, and cost-effective.
Lead and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring quality and timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock levels and ordering as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards1.
Troubleshooting: Participate in meetings to troubleshoot factory facilities problems and review performance.
Produce and analyze end-of-month reports and billings.
Knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance on mechanical equipment.
