Estate Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall estate/facility operations including housekeeping, security, landscaping, electrical and mechanical services.
• Supervise maintenance of all civil, electrical, and mechanical assets and ensure timely repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and ensure SLA compliance.
• Maintain records of all maintenance, complaints, and service requests.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
• Handle resident/tenant grievances efficiently and maintain excellent community relations.
• Prepare monthly maintenance reports, budgets, and inventory tracking.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and regulatory guidelines.
• Lead and manage a team of technicians, housekeeping staff, and support staff.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 5-6 years of experience in Facility/Estate Management.
• Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / Diploma / ITI / Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lifts, fire systems, etc.).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and facility management software/tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
