This residential society has 1000 flats. The Estate Manager will head the facility management services. He will be overall responsible for the entire manpower, including security, deployed at the society. Besides, he will be required to maintain good liaison with police, municipal authorities, GMDA, DHBVN and other related government functionaries. The experience of managing a like-sized residential society is a must. Having good communication skills in Hindi and English is mandatory. Working knowledge of computer is a must. The candidate has to be proficient in applications like Word, Excel etc. The emoluments will be finalised keeping in view the experience and expertise. The Estate Manager will report to the RWA.
