Estate Manager

Location: Kanha Kalali Residency, Vadodara Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our residential society. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing housekeeping and maintenance staff, ensuring the society premises are clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all facilities are efficiently managed. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and delegate work to housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff. Ensure regular sweeping and cleaning of internal roads and common areas. Oversee clubhouse operations and maintenance of amenities. Maintain cleanliness and beautification of gardens and landscaped areas. Coordinate minor repair and maintenance works within the premises. Maintain records of staff attendance and performance. Address resident complaints or maintenance requests promptly. Liaise with vendors, gardeners, and service providers as needed. Ensure overall discipline and upkeep of the society. Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in society or estate management. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple staff and ensure timely completion of daily tasks. Basic knowledge of maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor coordination. Timings: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
