MEP Maintenance Supervisor Hyderabad 3 - 5 years INR 3.5 - 6.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

We are, one of its kind, integrated residential and farming community spread over 36 acres with 73 homes in Hyderabad. We are looking for an MEP Manager to look after MEP infrastructure which includes Solar Electrical Generation systems, DG/Power Backup systems, Central BMS system, UPS batteries, Solar heaters, Internet services, Community Theatre, and Swimming Pool. Our solar energy generation has an installed capacity of 600KWh across 73 homes powering internal home use as well as exporting to Grid. We have 2 X 500KVA Transformers and 4 X 125 KVA DG sets at community Roles and Responsibilities 1. Lead a team of 5 technical staff (plumbing/electrical/carpentry/etc) to manage the MEP infrastructure of our community. 2. Collaborate with supervisors of other areas in community (Farming, Home Gardening, Dairy, Housekeeping and community kitchen) 3. Follow-up promptly on all MEP tickets filed via MyGate. 4. Inspect and maintain all MEP systems regularly (PPP Process) 5. Generate monthly electrical and water consumption reports. 6. Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work. 7. Monitor inventory of materials and equipment. 8. Ensure adherence to quality standards, health and safety regulations. Desired Candidate Profile 1. A BTech or equivalent with at least 3 years of MEP experience either at corporate, facilities management company or a residential community. 2. Have a deep understanding of HT, PCC and MCC panel drawings, UPS schematics, Diesel generators, Inverter logic and control circuits. 3. Experience in all the MEP infrastructure components detailed above. 4. Proficient in Telugu and English/Hindi. 5. Proactive communicator with good written and verbal communication. 6. Attention to detail and prompt follow-up on maintenance requests. 7. Proficient with computer use (internet, excel, email etc.). Compensation and Benefits 1. The Estate Manager is required to play the leadership role of overseeing 75-member team responsible for overall operations of the community which include Farming, Dairy, Maintenance of Electrical, Water and Sewage Systems, Housekeeping, Security, and the Community Kitchen. Administer the policies, rules and regulations set by the Community. Interact with owners/residents and ensure that their service requirements are handled in timely and proper manner. Vendor development and management for operations and capital projects. Ensuring collection of dues from the residents on regular basis. Qualifications, Experience and Competency requirements Candidate must have 5+ years of experience of managing facilities at a factory, corporate park or a residential estate, and overall 10+ years of experience in one or more of the areas outlined in the introduction. Bachelors degree in electrical or mechanical engineering is desirable. Should have knowledge of typical Electrical, IT, Security, STP, Water systems. Should possess superior interpersonal and listening skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team. Should be resourceful and solution oriented. Should have good written/verbal communication skills in English and working knowledge of Telugu/Hindi. Knowledge of agricultural and dairy practices is a plus.
